sh*t dance
Constipation can be a fairly serious problem. It can be very painful and you can tear your rear end. Now I'm not sure exactly why God has set it up to where that's even possible, but that's just where we're at. So here's what I've done which currently is working but requires vigilance and a consistent routine every single day of my life.
- Sh*t dance - most effective and important part of my therapy. Kind of dance like Indians used to dance around the campfire, but also massage your intestines with both of your hands gently. Also your large intestine goes around the sides and top of your stomach cavity. So massage from the right side up over to the left side and down gently. Do this repeatedly for 5 minutes, three or four times a day.
- Loose-fitting clothes -do not wear clothes that bind at your waist this disrupts the flow of s***.
- Standing for 5 to 10 minutes at a time. Not walking, walking does not help.
- Taking a fiber supplement with anything that you eat. I use benefiber and metamucil. Metamucil is kind of a hassle but seems to work the best.
Do these sometimes when I miss a day.
- 1 ounce of 80 proof alcohol - This is less effective but does work on rare occasions.
- If I don't take a s*** everyday then I stop eating until I take one. What goes in must come out. Now of course I'm not going to starve to death.
- Drink 1 ounce of olive oil - at first this is somewhat unpleasant but you get used to it. Supposedly it's actually good for you.
- Eat only fruits and vegetables for a day. And water, beer and wine are ok.
So there it is. It seems like a ton of work just to take a s***.
You can do any of the kinds of exercise you normally do. You can walk ride bikes go to the gym play tennis or anything else. All this stuff is in addition to that.
If you have things that work for you you can comment below.
When I asked my mother-in-law if she had any suggestions, she said, well there's something I can do extra because I'm a woman. Gee thanks for that information.
