Beer batter waffles.

One thing about a great blog is that it stays on subject. Today's subject is waffles. This DOES NOT require whipped egg whites or melted butter in the batter.

Ingredients:

Pancake mix, the "just add water" kind.

Don't add water.

Beer, 30%

Milk, 70%

Maybe honey or maple syrup. A little.

Olive oil 

Cooking spray 

To cook,

Mix everything, but cooking spray in bowl.

Let sit 2 minutes while waffle maker heats.

When waffle maker hot, spray with cooking spray.

Add batter, cook till it stops steaming.

 

Crunchy, brown, delicious.

 I'm not big on drinking beer for breakfast, but can't let it go to waste.
