Tesla and automated festures

Elon Musk is obsessed with automating all the features in the car. For instance the heater and air conditioning controls are being hidden in their interface on their touch screen, because the car should always do the right thing. Well first of all I don't want a car that carefully monitors all my vital statistics and senses any change in my anxiety and then take some appropriate action to calm me down. That seems very creepy and weird.

Imagine this scenario, you're driving along and become agitated because someone cuts you off then traffic slows down and you're in a rush trying to get home to watch TV for 4 hours. Just then a highway patrol pulls up behind you and starts flashing lights for you to pull over. You pull over and the police officer comes up the window and informs you that your car just notified the police that your anxiety index had risen above acceptable levels and you were a hazard to traffic. This is requiring you to have a timeout on the side of the road for the next 20 minutes until your anxiety index reduces. Or even worse maybe the car just pulls over to the side of the road and stops, it's too dangerous for you to be driving all worked up the Way You are. Of course if the car is automated enough and is driving itself it won't really matter if you're throwing a temper tantrum or not. This is going to take all the fun out of driving.
