 Here is a picture of the east coast of some of the United States. It's a satellite image from Google maps. Notice that basically it just looks green. Nothing is visible from that far away that man has done. If God took a big green paintbrush and just paint it over everything, everything man has done could be wiped out.

For the most part the problem with human beings is not the physical damage we're doing to the planet, it's the fact that we're here. And all the disgusting stuff we do. The way that we interact is disgusting and frankly the way the human body works is fairly disgusting. When you get 7 billion of those on the planet you can't even see him from very far away, but I believe that we're all plugged into God's universal mind and right now that universal mind is a pretty sad place to be because of the way humans act and think. Of course it's mostly the man. Men are extra special super disgusting. But God created everything. God thought this whole thing up. Men are the way they are because God created men and created the way they are. Frankly it's all mysterious and has some heavenly purpose that is beyond us at this point. Jesus says if you can't understand The parables that I'm telling you about here on Earth how are you understand parables about heavenly things. Well the whole problem with parables is you basically have to know what the person's talking about. I mean I can tell you the exact same parable about building cars, building houses, cooking dinner or any number of things, but if you don't know what the context is and you simply don't know what the point of the parable is. Now the general theme may be obvious or it may not. If the parable has a bad ending then you figure g something's going wrong here. But many of Jesus parables have sort of a strange theme and then end on a very disconcerting note. For instance the 10 virgins. How did I get off on this?
