downtown dream

 This dream I don't know why I'm having these dreams because there it seems like they're like all quite a bit different and so there's nothing too crazy in this way it does have a bunch of guns in it. Which one guy fires one of those guns it's a zero recoil rifle and he fires it in training for like 10 well not even that long like 5 seconds. This gun has a really big trigger on it that looks like a squirt gun trigger. So that part of the dream almost is kind of like out of place. That gun doesn't make any noise in fact the only sound throughout this entire dream is people talking. And it looks like some kind of an ad or something that's the fact this whole dream has sort of a movie advertising quality to it so. I used to have a 38 snub nose special. I think it's very important for people to own guns and know how to handle guns, but at the end of the day God doesn't need guns to protect you. God doesn't need anything to do anything. This probably has to do with what I did over the weekend. I joined the NRA. Okay now I did it basically to just support the whole gun thing. I'm one of those people that believes we should be operating like Switzerland operates. As far as guns go. If you don't know what that means then you just don't know enough about the stuff and so you need to find out more about it anyway. So but the dream wasn't like total of like gun crazy or anything so I'm on a police force that we all wear plain clothes and I've got this snub nose and we all wear them out it's like one of those cop shows kind of you know where everybody's running around with a gun right now this is in a downtown setting. And it's got a very cool office vibe and I'm trying to think like what else about the setting. We're in two offices that's part of the problem and I don't I'm not I'm new to this town. So I'm having to get directions and so the people are pretty laid back. There's a bunch of stuff there's no violence. There's no chasing anybody there's like training going on. And we're setting up this office. And we just said it real plane tables and we have a computer. There's some stuff about the computer getting it set up or something and people sort of there's you don't have name plates or anything it's pretty just very relaxed feeling and you don't really feel like you're a permanent part of anything you know what I mean.

 Near the beginning there is this chick that I used to know from years ago running around naked. She disappears and she doesn't say anything we don't actually even talk. Then another part of the dream is people are talking about where the bathroom is you know it's kind of like one of those deals like first day at work. Then this guy is doing another training where we're still in downtown but he's searching with a sniper rifle but when he points the sniper rifle it's out at a cliff in the country and I mean it's a massive Cliff it's not like some little cliff so it's one of those kind of dreams too where everything's just mixed together like and he's not really looking for he is looking for people. But like it would be another sniper because this Cliff has some holes in it. You know what I mean we're like some kind of like rapid response team or something but we never wear any gear like that it's kind of I don't know it's a dream. So the dream never really goes anywhere. We end up in the second office it has we're in modern office buildings with glass windows so you're looking out through those little mini blinds and stuff and people just talk really just sort of not about anything memorable there it is just like setting up the office.

 

 Interpretation of dream: first of all I don't have any guns. So guns are stuff that you know can make sense, but right now they just seem unnecessary. And you notice in this dream like there isn't any real shooting or like the sniper thing he never finds another person I mean never finds any people and nobody's ever pulling out their guns this one guy that's shooting it's like an advertisement really he's not shooting at anything he's like demonstrating really he's demonstrating how to pull the trigger which is kind of you know ridiculous. So this dream I think indicates my sort of strange attitude about guns. I'm all pro gun but that is somebody else's problem to actually have guns. You see what I mean in fact I'm a lot of this dream I think maybe pointing at my view of life right now. Problems ar for somebody else. Now do I have problems? Of course. But my primary attitude about problems is let's just make this go away. Let's just not have any problems. And for heaven's sakes let's not create any. See it's just that simple. This dream kind of like brings that out. It has all this stuff it's called relay has kind of a general related theme, but it doesn't really cause any problems. It's almost like it's just for show.
