we're in a video game

 The movies have alluded to the idea that we are in a video game. Now the movies I'm talking about have started to merge reality with computer video environments. But what that alludes to is the idea that we as human beings are characters in a massive multi-dimensional video game being hosted by an infinite creator. As far as I can tell this doesn't in any way conflict with anything in the Bible. It doesn't conflict with science. It doesn't conflict with our experience.

 The "why" is always in question. But I think in the end the answer is probably going to be, it's got to be something, so why not.

Now the Bible States that stuff is going on in heaven that messes with stuff going on here on Earth. The first four chapters of job show this. And Sodom and Gomorrah demonstrates this. God can do stuff directly from heaven which has an impact on Earth or God can mess with earth using spiritual forces like Satan.
