why ??

 

People ask why all the time. Quite often people have cried this out to God. So it turns out my current perception of the answer is like way easier than I ever imagined. It's sort of brain-dead simple actually.

We are created by God. God has done this. God has created logic. God's logic. God has created everything. God doesn't necessarily have a reason. There may be one or there may not. This is just what God wanted to do. In the long run God isn't going to do stuff God doesn't want to do. Neither would you or anyone else.

Pain and suffering is one of those places where why pops up a lot. And there may or may not be a reason. God wanted one more aspect to reality and pain and suffering fit the bill.

Eternal damnation is another thing that sort of weighs on our mind from time to time. There are going to be millions or billions of created beings who spend all of eternity there screaming in horror. There may or may not be a reason.

In the end it's just whatever God wants.
