faithless and perverse

 This is what God in a flesh body called us. A faithless and perverse generation. Well Jesus is God inside a flesh body. We are not. We are frail weak tiny little created things. We can't snap our fingers and change matter. We can't drive out demons and illnesses and diseases like leprosy and fix maimed bodies like washing dirt off of our hands. Jesus can. And in the Old testament it seems like when God does do some incredible thing for somebody quite often it turns into a bigger mess.

Jesus did some miracles but not all miracles. Jesus didn't create a big fancy mansion for himself and his apostles. He didn't feed all the poor people or heal all the sick people. He didn't solve all the problems all the time. It appears he was on a mission and he did stuff for a purpose. A purpose that involved Him climbing up on the cross and dying for everybody's sins.
